The pieces offered by Grounded Thread are antique and vintage and have lived a life before finding their way to you. Age-related wear, patina, discoloration, crazing, small chips, repairs, and other signs of use may be present and are part of the character and history of these pieces.
I do my best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including notable flaws or condition issues. Please review all photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Due to the age, unique nature, and often one-of-a-kind quality of our pieces, Grounded Thread does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color variation, or expected signs of age and wear.
If you believe an item has been significantly misrepresented or you receive the wrong item, please contact Grounded Thread within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and keep all original packaging. Photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging materials, and damage may be required to process a shipping claim.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
