TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing from Grounded Thread, you agree to the following terms.
ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS
Grounded Thread specializes in antique and vintage goods. These pieces are sold in their existing condition and will often show signs of age, use, wear, patina, discoloration, crazing, repairs, imperfections, or other characteristics consistent with their history.
Every effort is made to accurately photograph and describe each item. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings. Measurements are approximate.
Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition information before purchasing.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully received. Grounded Thread reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of an inventory error, pricing error, or other unforeseen issue.
SHIPPING
Shipping times and policies are outlined on our Shipping page. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review our Returns & Refunds page for complete information regarding condition issues, incorrect items, or items damaged during shipping.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Because many Grounded Thread pieces are one of a kind, an item placed in a cart is not guaranteed until checkout has been completed.
COPYRIGHT
All original photographs, written content, branding, and other materials appearing on the Grounded Thread website are the property of Grounded Thread and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
CONTACT
Questions about an item or these terms are always welcome. Please contact Grounded Thread before purchasing if you need additional photographs, measurements, or information about a piece.
