Grounded Thread carefully packs each piece with the attention it deserves. Because many of our items are antique, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and often fragile, extra care is taken when preparing your order for shipment.
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Whenever possible, multiple purchases will be combined into one shipment. If combining your items results in a significant difference in shipping cost, any applicable overage will be refunded.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Grounded Thread is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
While every effort is made to package items securely, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Grounded Thread promptly and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can work with you toward a resolution.
